The Global Educators Certification Scholarship offers a $500 benefit to support and empower international educators who aim to obtain their U.S. teaching license and excel in teaching through Moreland University’s TEACH-NOW Teacher Preparation Certificate Program or master’s in education (M.Ed.) program.

By providing this $500 scholarship, Moreland seeks to alleviate some financial obstacles that passionate teachers may face in enhancing their teaching practices, obtaining a U.S. teaching license, and making a lasting impact in their classrooms and communities.

Eligibility Requirements and Application Process
To help make teacher preparation more accessible and affordable for educators around the world, Moreland is excited to offer the Global Educators Certification Scholarship.
To be awarded the Global Educators Certification Scholarship, candidates must reside outside of the U.S., be proficient in English, and apply and enroll in an eligible Moreland program by July 31, 2024 at 11:59p.m. eastern time.
Eligible programs include Moreland’s 9-month TEACH-NOW Teacher Preparation Certificate Program or 12-month Master’s in Education Program. Both certification pathways are offered 100% online, making them great options for educators looking to get their U.S. teaching license while abroad.
While you can start your program at any point, eligible candidates need to officially enroll at Moreland University before July 31 to benefit from this scholarship.

Scholarship Timeline

- Before July 31: Complete your program enrollment to receive the scholarship (Keep in mind you can start your program any time in 2024!)
