She transitioned to teaching after she received a bachelor’s degree in music therapy. She holds a master’s degree in special education and has worked with students with special needs for 13+ years. Melissa has been with Moreland University for over 6 years, and her plans for the future include pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership.
