The National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP) was created in January of 1999 to serve as a national resource for programs and professionals assisting young people beleaguered by emotional and behavioral difficulties.

The mission of NICS is to establish a worldwide network of international Christian schools staffed by qualified Christian educators, instilling in each student a Biblical worldview in an environment of academic excellence and respect for people of all cultures and religions.

Noble is a nonprofit organization that runs 17 charter public high schools and one middle school in the city of Chicago. Founded as Noble Street Charter School in 1999, Noble Schools now serves over 12,000 students, and they come from every neighborhood in the city. Every year, 99% of seniors are accepted into college before they graduate high school. Noble Schools are free and open-enrollment – any student who completes 8th grade and lives in Chicago may attend.

ISTE in partnership with the US Department of Education and with support from AACTE, AAQEP, SITE, and CAEP is working to support educator preparation programs (EPPs) in order to meet this need through the ISTE Standards. As a framework for effective teaching and learning with technology, the standards are recognized by all 50 states and U.S. territories.
